2. The product includes all original packaging, including brand outer box, MRP tags, and invoice/sale receipt.

2. Our team will verify the return request and may ask for images of the damaged or defective product.

Resolution and refund policy:
After verifying the return request, we will resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. Our decision on the return request is final and binding.
If we accept the return request, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.
The refund will be done with in the 3 – 5 working days.
