Shipping Carrier and Cost:
We ship both domestic and international orders via DHL and other reputable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipping Charge Adjustments:
In cases where our system over-calculates shipping charges, we will manually adjust the cost downward when processing and packing your order. You will never be overcharged.
Insurance and Liability:
For fragile items shipped within the U.S., we recommend purchasing insurance. Please note that insurance is not available for international shipments. While we take great care in packaging items to prevent damage during shipment, The Fastrend is not liable for any damage that may occur after the item leaves our premises.
International Shipping:
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Before making a purchase, please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs. While we strive to ship promptly, The Fastrend has no control over delays in customs.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking:
We aim to process and ship orders within 5 – 6 business days.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation services. If you’re concerned about non-delivery of a domestic package, we recommend purchasing additional insurance.
